丙烯酸羟基乳液/亲水性多异氰酸酯混合乳液的粒径及其分布

Abstract:
？用tem和动态光散射研究了丙烯酸羟基乳液（ahe）/亲水多异氰酸酯（hppi）的粒径及其粒径分布。研究发现当hppi分散于水中时，分散体中存在三种粒子形状：粒状、条状和片状。三种粒子共存于混合乳液中：hppi、ahe及其复合物。而只有少量的hppi单独存在，大多的hppi与ahe粒子粘接，形成相界面结合紧密的ahe/hppi。ahe、hppi和ahe/hppi粒径大小依次为：ahe/hppi>ahe>hppi。搅拌强度越大，hppi和水之间的界面张力越小，ahe/hppi粒子越小。贮存过程中单个分散的hppi与hppi不断聚集在一起。同时，在hppi和ahe之间的界面发生扩散和交联，使粒子径及其分布减小。
