环氧粉末涂料的增韧改性研究

Abstract:
?本文采用国产增韧剂对市售的环氧树脂进行改性,得到效果良好的增韧环氧粉末涂料。sem分析表明,增韧剂的加入,在树脂集体内部形成了海岛结构,增韧剂微粒的存在大大吸收了冲击能,使得粉末涂料的韧性得到了极大的提高。dma分析表明,增韧前后粉末涂料的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度均有所升高。dta分析表明,少量增韧剂的引入有益于树脂的热稳定性能。
