含羟基丙烯酸乳液在水性双组分聚氨酯涂料中的应用

Abstract:
？含羟基丙烯酸乳液作为羟基组分与亲水改性多异氰酸酯配漆，制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料，研究了丙烯酸乳液羟值、酸值、乳化剂用量、以及－nco/oh比例对漆膜性能的影响，得到了最佳的应用配方：乳化剂用量小于1%，丙烯酸乳液的羟值为100mgkoh/g，酸值小于15mgkoh/g,－nco/oh=1.5。红外光谱仪（ir）表征了固化前后膜的结构，表明仍有部分－nco基团和－oh基团没有反应。
