uv-固化gma-pua-纳米sio2杂化涂料固化动力学

Abstract:
?采用了示差扫描量热仪(dsc)、动态力学谱仪(dma)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(ft-ir)研究了gma-pua-纳米sio2复合涂料的非等温固化反应及动态力学性能。结果表明:该体系具有较好的相容性,固化过程可以用自催化sestak-berggren(s-b)动力模型描述。当改性纳米sio2质量分数为10%时,玻璃化温度达到最大值,提高了7.3℃。
