纳米ato透明隔热有机硅涂料的研制

Abstract:

?以有机硅为成膜剂,乙醇为溶剂,加入纳米氧化锑锡(ato)浆料,制备了有机硅纳米ato隔热透明涂料。研究了ato用量对涂层透光率以及隔热性能的影响,比较了不同成膜剂配比对涂料基本性能的影响。结果表明:所制得的纳米ato透明隔热涂膜对玻璃附着力好,具有良好的隔热效果,温差可达12~15℃,可见光透过率达80%以上,具有良好的隔热效果和足够的可见光区透明度,节能效果显著。
