熔融法合成紫外光固化粉末涂料用树脂

Abstract:
?用熔融法合成了紫外光固化粉末涂料用树脂,研究了二元酸种类及醇酸比对树脂熔点、磨粉性以及储存稳定性的影响。用差示扫描量热仪(dsc)测试了树脂的熔点。适宜的反应条件为:醇酸比为0.92~0.94,以3%四乙基氯化铵为催化剂。
