基料树脂对钢结构防火涂料防火性能的影响

Abstract:
？使用有机硅改性的苯丙乳液作为防火涂料的基料树脂，研究了基料树脂中单体种类和比例的变化对炭层结构、涂料防火性能的影响。结果表明：基料树脂中有机硅单体含量越高，硬单体苯乙烯比例越大，涂料的防火性能越好。当基料树脂有机硅含量为6.6%，苯乙烯含量较高为54%，丙烯酸丁酯含量为39.4%时，所配涂料的防火性能最好，试板60min背温达到288℃。
