uv固化水性超支化聚氨酯的合成及性能研究

Abstract:

?以季戊四醇(pel)为核,二羟甲基丙酸(dmpa)为单体合成一代超支化聚酯h10,并用丁二酸酐、甲苯二异氰酸酯(tdi)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(hpa)对h10进行改性,合成一系列不同配比的uv固化水性超支化聚氨酯(whpud)。研究了预聚体中丁二酸酐、tdi、hpa的加入量对whpud乳液的粒径、黏度、稳定性、涂膜固化速率、固化膜的耐水性和热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:whpud3.0-1.0乳液的外观、粒径、黏度及稳定性最好,涂膜的uv固化率快,固化膜的耐水性及热稳定性优异,可以作为一种优异的涂料用水性聚氨酯树脂。
