换热器多功能涂料的研究进展

Abstract:

?尽管进行了大量研究和尝试了各种手段,换热器表面的腐蚀和污垢沉积依然是换热器设计和运行过程中必须面对的重要问题。在换热表面涂装耐腐蚀、抗垢以及高导热率涂料改性是解决换热器腐蚀和结垢问题的重要途径。文章介绍了目前应用于换热器表面的各种多功能涂料的研究现状,分析了这些多功能涂料体系的优缺点。并结合纳米科技的发展,提出了换热器多功能涂料进一步的研究方向和发展趋势。
