新型无机高效抗菌材料的研制

Abstract:
?以羟基磷灰石(hap)为载体,采取共沉淀和离子交换法制备钛/金属离子(ag+,cu2+,zn2+)复合羟基磷灰石(haptim)无机高效抗菌材料技术,依据xrd表征,确定不改变hap结构,最佳钛的掺杂量为xti=ti原子数/(ca+ti)原子数=0.1,并通过uv-vis漫反射吸收光谱对该材料进行了表征。金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌性实验,结果表明:该材料比纳米tio2具有更大的抗菌活性。
