改性重质碳酸钙制备环氧涂料及其涂层性能研究

Abstract:

?利用γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(kh560)对重质碳酸钙表面进行接枝改性,并以改性后的重钙为填料制备了环氧涂层。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(ft-ir)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)、热重分析仪(tg)和粒径分析对改性重钙进行表征,使用电化学阻抗谱(eis)、高温高压釜等设备测试涂层的附着力和耐腐蚀性等性能。结果表明:重钙表面化学键合了kh560有机官能团,提高了环氧涂层的相容性、耐腐蚀性和热稳定性。
