高固含量mma和ba微乳液共聚

Abstract:
?采用半连续乳液聚合法制备高固含量甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯(mma/ba)微乳液,讨论了表面活性剂的类型和用量在高固含量mma和ba微乳液聚合过程中特性及其对最终产品性能的影响,并测定了微乳液的化学稳定性、冻融稳定性和机械稳定性。实验得到了固含量达50%,平均相对分子质量为10[sup]6[/sup],粒径为30~50nm的微乳液。通过特定的实验,观察到分子量的双峰分布和乳液粒径的多分散性表明,微乳液成核的途径包括胶束成核、单体液滴成核和均相成核之一种或三种;并且制备的微乳液均表现出良好的机械、化学和冻融稳定性。
