zn2+/zno掺杂tio2光催化膜的制备及超亲水改性

Abstract:

?为了提高tio2光催化薄膜的利用效率,实验分别采用金属离子zn2+和其氧化物zno掺杂tio2的方法,制备以tio2为基体的复合光催化薄膜。利用简单易行的溶胶凝胶法,一种是将zn2+、zno掺杂于tio2溶胶中,分别制备金属、半导体氧化物掺杂的混合溶胶,采用浸渍提拉的方法以玻璃片为载体涂膜,然后用马弗炉进行热处理制得样品。另一种是利用sio2对2种掺杂的复合tio2薄膜进行表面处理改性后,热处理得样品。将所得样品进行接触角、紫外-可见分光光度计、红外、afm测试,对其性能进行表征。结果表明:zn2+的掺杂量为0.1g时,测试结果比较理想;经过sio2表面处理过的zn2+/tio2复合光催化膜的超亲水性最好,水滴刚滴上,静态接触角几乎为0°;zno/tio2复合光催化膜的吸光性能最高,但透过率较低,透明性比较差。
