单组分水性涂料室温自交联技术的研究进展

Abstract:
?将具有自缩合或自氧化性的功能单体引入到单组分水性涂料成膜树脂的分子链上,在涂料室温成膜过程中,功能基团相互间的自缩合或自氧化作用可实现单组分水性涂料的室温自交联。本文介绍了近年来国内外单组分水性涂料室温自交联技术的研究进展,详细阐述了各种室温自交联体系及交联机理,包括n-羟甲基丙烯酰胺及其衍生物的室温自交联、不饱和脂肪酸中双键的室温自氧化交联、基于环氧基团的室温自交联和硅氧烷的室温水解缩聚自交联,并展望了水性涂料自交联技术的发展趋势。
