微波液相法低温快速制备mgo涂层

Abstract:
?采用液相法结合微波干燥技术,以轻质mgo为原料,聚乙烯醇(pva)为成膜剂制得乳胶液,在不锈钢基板上成功制备出不同厚度的mgo涂层,并对所制得的mgo涂层采用扫描电镜(sem)、x射线衍射(xrd)和差热及热重(tg-dta)等分析测试手段进行了表面形貌、结构和组成等的表征。结果表明:利用微波液相法得到的mgo涂层,mgo颗粒分散均匀(平均粒径400~500nm),无其他副产物产生,加入的pva能够形成凝胶骨架网,不仅具有一定应变能力,在一定程度上防止了涂层裂纹,而且还能有效地控制mgo粒子尺寸防止团聚现象。
