链霉菌剂对魔芋的促生防病作用

Abstract:

通过皿内试验研究生防链霉菌act11(肉质链霉菌streptomycescarnosus)和act12(密旋链霉菌streptomycespactum)对魔芋软腐病菌的拮抗及链霉菌无细胞发酵液对甜瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响;采用盆栽试验研究生防链霉菌剂m(链霉菌act11和act12按质量比1:1的固态发酵混合制剂)对魔芋软腐病的防效以及对植株光合、生物量、产量及球茎品质的影响.结果表明:①生防链霉菌act12无细胞发酵滤液对6种魔芋软腐病菌均有拮抗作用,拮抗圈直径19.4-31.6mm;其无细胞滤液亦能促进甜瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长.②链霉菌活菌剂m对魔芋软腐病有一定防效:菌剂拌土单独接种对收获时魔芋软腐病的相对防效为65.0%;菌剂与软腐病菌混接处理,在病原菌接种后第10、20天的相对防效分别为100.0%、58.4%.③接种供试链霉菌剂能促进魔芋生长,提高产量,其中,菌剂与软腐病菌混接处理魔芋地径、净光合速率、球茎鲜质量、根茎鲜质量及根茎数量分别较软腐病菌单接显著增加11.1%、111.7%、54.8%、304.2%及200.0%(p<0.05).④链霉菌剂接种亦能明显改善魔芋球茎品质,菌剂单接处理魔芋球茎葡甘聚糖、淀粉及纤维素含量分别较对照显著增加14.0%、8.1%及27.7%(p<0.05).综上,接种链霉菌剂能明显促进魔芋生长,提高魔芋产量和葡甘聚糖含量,增强抗病能力.
