两株乳酸菌的分离及其除臭性能

Abstract:

从泡菜厂污水和污水处理厂厌氧污泥中分离到两株有除臭作用的乳酸菌lp、st,经过形态观察及16srdna序列同源性分析,将lp菌株和st菌株分别鉴定为植物乳酸菌(lactobacillusplantatum)和嗜热链球菌(streptococcusthermophilus).对两株菌进行除臭试验,结果表明,植物乳酸菌对氨气(nh3)和硫化氢(h2s)的最大去除率分别为54.87%和37.35%,嗜热链球菌对氨气和硫化氢的最大去除率分别为41%和22.47%.两株菌的拮抗和共生实验结果表明其无拮抗性,能良好共生.将两株菌的混合发酵液进行除臭试验,对氨气和硫化氢的最大去除率分别达到90.74%和63.58%.
