傀儡湖水体中碱性磷酸酶活性的时空变化及其影响因素

Abstract:

碱性磷酸酶在磷的生物地球化学循环过程中发挥着重要作用.以傀儡湖为研究区域,对其水体中碱性磷酸酶活性(alkalinephosphataseactivity,apa)及其理化性质的时空分布进行分析.结果表明,傀儡湖水体apa呈时空异质性:河道较低,河口则易出现较高的apa;全湖的apa存在较强的季节性变化,冬季(1月)最低,变化范围为2.06-17.33nmolml-1h-1;夏季(7月)最高,变化范围为5.78-13.52nmolml-1h-1.apa与环境因子相关性分析显示,apa与颗粒态有机氮浓度关系最为密切,与总氮含量的相关性其次,随后显著相关的因子为no2--n,此外是no3--n和nh4+-n.这一结果表明与氮元素有关的环境因子可能是影响apa的主要因素.
