长白山5种槭属植物光合及反射光谱特性

Abstract:

对长白山5种槭属植物的光响应参数、光谱反射率、光谱反射指数及色素含量进行对比研究,分析植物生理生态的异同点,探索光合与反射光谱特性之间的联系.结果表明:白牛槭(acermandshuricum)最大光合速率(amax)和光饱和点(lsp)都显著高于其他4种槭属植物(p<0.05),其对林下光环境的适应性最强;550nm左右的光谱反射峰可以作为区分不同树种的依据;白牛槭叶绿素归一化指数(chlndi)和光化学反射指数(pri)均显著高于其他4种槭属植物(p<0.05);5种槭属植物的chlndi均与其叶绿素含量呈正相关,且与amax有一定联系.图5表1参30
