甬江干流浮游植物的群落结构及其季节变化

Abstract:
为了评价甬江水环境质量，应用物种丰富度指数d、pielou均匀度指数j’以及shannon-wiener多样性指数h’、浮游植物群落的总耐污指数，对甬江干流13个断面浮游植物群落的基本结构特点与季节变化进行研究；并使用preimer6.0软件对浮游植物群落数据进行two-wayanosim相似性分析、bray-curtis相似性等级聚类分析以及mds标序的计算.结果显示：甬江干流共有浮游植物114种（属），隶属于6门41科80属；其中以绿藻种类最多，硅藻次之.第一优势种为颤藻（oscillatoriasp.），第二优势种为直链藻（melosirasp.）.浮游植物群落的丰度在5.2×103-2.8714×106ind./l内变动，其丰度的季节变化多呈单峰型，以春季高峰为主.对甬江干流浮游植物群落的相似性比较显示：各断面间和季节间都存在着显著差异，分别为r=0.379，p=0.1%和r=0.462，p=0.1%；季节间差异性大于断面间的差异性.浮游植物群落多样性指数以及藻类污染指数的计算结果显示甬江干流已受到一定程度的污染.图5表4参41
