一株无色杆菌属菌株对孔雀绿的脱色降解

Abstract:

astrain,withstrongdecoloringcapabilityformalachitegreen,wasisolatedfromthemalachitegreencontaminatedsoilandnamedasstrainmgt3.itwasidentifiedasachromobactersp.byitsmorphological,physiologicalandbiochemicalcharactersand16srdnasequenceanalysis.theresultsfromthestudyonthedecoloringconditionsofstrainmgt3showedthattheoptimumtemperaturefordecolorizationwas30℃,andoptimumphwas7undershakingdecolorizationsituation.thebestdecolorizationratecouldbeobtainedattheinitialconcentrationwithmalachitegreenlessthan50mgl-1.undertheoptimumconditions,thestraincouldremove90.6%ofthecolorofmalachitegreenin8htreatment.theresultsoftlc,uv-visandhplcshowedthatmostofmalachitegreencouldbedegradedbystrainmgt3.fig8,tab1,ref26
