一株黑松-美味牛肝菌菌根辅助细菌的筛选及鉴定

Abstract:
为探讨菌根际有益微生物之间的作用关系及其互作对黑松(pinusthunbergii)生长的影响,对分离自黑松-美味牛肝菌(boletusedulis,be)和黑松-黄色须腹菌(rhizopogenluteous)菌根际土壤的81株细菌进行菌根辅助细菌(mycorrhizahelperbacteria,mhb)的筛选.通过干皿对抗法筛选获得1株具mhb潜力的菌株hb12,hb12菌株对be菌丝生长的平均增长率达34.4%.盆栽试验结果表明,单接be处理的黑松根系菌根侵染率为36.8%,而双接种be和hb12菌株处理的菌根侵染率为54.5%;双接种be和hb12处理、单接be处理和单接hb12处理较未接种处理的黑松苗高提高44%、36%和24.5%,地径提高27.7%、22.9%和26.5%.由此可确定菌株hb12为黑松-美味牛肝菌的菌根辅助细菌.经形态观察、biolog系统鉴定及16srrna分子鉴定,初步确定菌株hb12为蜡状芽孢杆菌(bacilluscereus).图2表2参19
