不同地区、不同品种(系)小麦锌、铁和硒含量分析

Abstract:
采用微波消解icp-aes法和原子发射荧光光谱测定不同地点小麦中的锌、铁、硒含量.发现不同小麦品种(系)以及姊妹系之间微量元素含量存在差异;不同地点土壤环境中种植的小麦微量元素也有差异;小麦对各种元素的吸收会相互影响,对锌、铁两种元素的吸收互相促进,锌、铁与硒互相拮抗.结果表明基因型和土壤均影响小麦的微量元素含量.研究基因型差异并筛选富含微量元素的小麦品种成为今后小麦遗传育种的一项重要工作.表7参22
