黄芪多糖的提取及按相对分子质量分段分离

Abstract:

黄芪多糖(aps)具有多种生物活性以及广泛的临床应用,然而目前对其研究大多以相对分子质量(mr)范围分布较大的总多糖为对象,使得药理活性机制等研究难于深入.采用常温渗滤方法提取黄芪多糖,粗多糖得率为15.92%,多糖含量为82.43%,较传统水煮醇沉法有较大提高;对提取的粗多糖用离子交换层析进行纯化、用分步醇沉联合凝胶层析进行分段分离,获得7个多糖组分,经高效液相色谱(hplc)测定,分离的7个组分皆为均一组分,高效凝胶渗透色谱(hpgpc)测定证明该7个组分具有不同的mr,其范围分布在1.4×103~157.7×103,为进一步研究黄芪多糖活性提供了良好的材料.图7表2参21
