蝗翅上绿僵菌孢子萌发及附着胞观察

Abstract:
孢子萌发及附着胞形成是昆虫病原真菌侵染寄主过程中的关键步骤.观察了绿僵菌cqma102菌株孢子在蝗虫后翅上萌发及附着胞形成率、芽管及附着胞形态情况.结果表明,在蝗翅上培养8h后孢子开始萌发,附着胞通常培养16h时出现,20~36h内大量生成.营养丰富有利于孢子萌发,但不利于附着胞形成.与用玻璃作基质相比,蝗翅有利于诱导附着胞形成,且蝗翅上绿僵菌附着胞个体较大,芽管短,分枝少,隔膜少.图2表1参17
