金针菇菌柄特异性蛋白质flammutoxin的表达

Abstract:
通过地高辛标记的flammutoxin基因特异性探针与金针菇（flammulinavelutipes）菌丝体、菌柄和菌盖中的mrna进行杂交，结果表明在金针菇的菌柄中有该蛋白质的表达，而在菌丝体和菌盖中均无该蛋白质的表达.此外在检测的平菇（pleurotusostreatus）、香菇（lentinusedodes）、杏鲍菇（p.eryngii）和双孢蘑菇（agaricusbisporus）中也无该蛋白质基因的表达.图2参8
