硫酸粘菌素生产废水的硝化反硝化生物脱氮

Abstract:

硫酸粘菌素生产废水中含有高浓度有机物、硫酸根、残余抗生素等,处理难度较大.为解决硫酸粘菌素生产废水脱氮速率低的问题,通过在生物膜反应器中添加氨氧化菌的方法,考察了硫酸粘菌素生产废水的硝化反硝化脱氮效果.结果显示,硝化反应器启动迅速,氨氮去除负荷(nrr,以n计)最高可达到350mgl-1d-1.在反硝化反应器中,当进水以硝态氮为主或亚硝态氮为主时,总氮去除速率分别为500mgl-1d-1和680mgl-1d-1.通过小球藻作为模式生物的毒性试验发现,硝化处理前的废水对小球藻具有明显的抑制,而经硝化处理后的废水则无明显抑制作用.此外,变性梯度凝胶电泳(dgge)分析显示,处理硫酸粘菌素生产废水的微生物菌群与人工配制废水有明显的差异.研究表明该处理工艺不仅能显著提高硫酸粘菌素生产废水的脱氮速率,还能有效降低其生物毒性,具有工业化应用的潜力.
