翅碱篷根系分泌有机碳和无机碳对zn(ii)胁迫的响应

Abstract:
滨海盐生植物是潮滩湿地生长的重要先锋植物和土壤(沉积物)污染修复物种.为了解翅碱蓬(suaedaheteroptera)根系分泌对重金属zn(ii)胁迫的响应,以室内沙培盆栽试验方式研究了不同浓度zn(ii)胁迫32d翅碱蓬根系释放分泌物中总有机碳(toc)和无机碳(ic)含量的变化.结果表明,zn(ii)胁迫24d内,可采用指数方程描述翅碱蓬根系分泌物中ic含量随zn(ii)胁迫浓度增加呈降低的趋势.除最高zn(ii)胁迫浓度200mgl-1外,翅碱蓬根系分泌物中ic含量随胁迫时间延长而增加.并可采用形如米氏方程的数学方程描述较低浓度zn(ii)胁迫的增加趋势(ρzn(ii)≤20mgl-1),采用线性方程描述较高浓度zn(ii)胁迫的增加趋势(ρzn(ii)=40-100mgl-1).短时间zn(ii)胁迫时,翅碱蓬根系分泌物中toc含量随胁迫浓度增加而增加,但较长胁迫时间(>16d)则随胁迫浓度增加而降低.10mgl-1以上zn(ii)胁迫时,翅碱蓬根系分泌物中toc含量降低.本研究表明zn(ii)胁迫导致了翅碱蓬根系呼吸作用和有机分泌作用发生改变.
