5种沉水植物对斜生栅藻的化感作用

Abstract:
为了解不同湿地植物和不同处理方式下化感作用的差异,在实验室条件下,研究5种常见的沉水植物黑藻(hydrillaverticillata)、伊乐藻(elodeanuttallii)、狐尾藻(myriophyllumspicatum)、苦草(vallisnerianatans)和皇冠草(echinodorusamazonicus)与斜生栅藻(scenedesmusobliquus)共培养以及用这5种植物的种植水、浸提液培养斜生栅藻时藻细胞数量及叶绿素a浓度的变化.结果显示,5种植物与斜生栅藻共培养时抑藻效果最明显(1.6×108cellsl-1),其斜生栅藻细胞数量显著低于种植水(6.2×108cellsl-1)和浸提液组(4.5×108cellsl-1)(p<0.05),但5种植物间的差异不显著;除黑藻外,其他4种植物的浸提液培养斜生栅藻时均表现出对斜生栅藻明显的抑制效果,斜生栅藻的相对生长率显著低于对照组和黑藻组(p<0.05);5种植物的种植水培养斜生栅藻时则表现出相对较弱的抑藻效果,且植物间差异不显著.本研究表明,沉水植物对藻类的化感作用因不同植物和不同处理而有着显著不同.
