生态环境因子对四川松茸菌塘土壤微生物的影响

Abstract:

以四川藏区和攀西松茸代表产区菌塘土壤为研究对象,测定菌塘土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌的菌落数量,土壤微生物的生物量碳和氮,以及土壤酸性磷酸酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性,采用多元回归树分析生态环境因子对微生物的影响.结果表明:当海拔高于3592m时,在一定范围内海拔越高(3841-3860m),土壤酶活性越高;当海拔低于3592m时,枯枝落叶层厚度越厚(2.25-8.45cm)、海拔越低(3058-3226m),土壤酶活性越高.当坡度大于或等于42.5°时,一定范围内枯枝落叶层厚度越高(1.05-8.45cm)、海拔越低(3058-3225m),松茸菌塘微生物生物量及菌落数量越高;而当坡度小于42.5°时,在一定范围内海拔越低(3058-3460m)、枯枝落叶厚度越薄(0.28-3.2cm)越有利于松茸菌塘土壤微生物生物量和菌落数量积累.总之,海拔、坡度及枯枝落叶厚度是影响松茸菌塘土壤微生物活性和生物量的3个关键因素.
