硫脲对大豆苗期的毒理效应

Abstract:

通过盆栽实验,研究硝化抑制剂硫脲对大豆苗期的生物量、叶片金属离子含量、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(sod)、过氧化物酶(pod)、过氧化氢酶(cat)和丙二醛(mda)含量的影响.结果表明,大豆的幼苗对土壤中硫脲的浓度较为敏感,低浓度硫脲(1.0mmolkg-1)就能轻微抑制大豆的生长,当硫脲浓度达到5.0mmolkg-1时,大豆幼苗的生长受到明显的抑制.不同硫脲浓度种植条件下,大豆幼苗体内的铜离子和锌离子含量变化不大,而锰离子和铁离子含量却表现出明显差异.锰离子含量随硫脲浓度的升高而升高,在高浓度硫脲(5.0mmolkg-1)条件下由硫脲空白实验的18.58mgkg-1上升到45.45mgkg-1,增加了一倍以上.而铁离子含量随硫脲浓度的升高而降低,在高浓度硫脲(5.0mmolkg-1)条件下由硫脲空白实验的20.77mgkg-1下降到17.63mgkg-1.高浓度的硫脲影响了大豆苗对铁的吸收,从而影响了叶绿素的合成,造成叶片叶绿素含量降低,由低浓度硫脲条件下最高的4.12mgkg-1下降到2.15mgkg-1.研究结果还表明,低浓度硫脲能使大豆叶片中sod、pod和cat的活性提高,但当硫脲浓度升高时,其活性降低.同时,当硫脲浓度达到5.0mmolkg-1时,叶片mda含量明显上升.因此,大豆叶片中sod、pod、cat等酶的活性降低和mda含量的上升表明大豆幼苗在高浓度硫脲种植条件下受到明显的环境胁迫和毒害作用.
