假单胞菌mbr还原钛(iv)合成钛纳米粒子

Abstract:

研究了一株假单胞菌mbr(pseudomonassp.mbr)在好氧环境下,以有机碳源为电子供体,将氟钛酸盐还原为钛单质的特性及影响还原的因素.结果表明,该菌还原氟钛酸盐初始浓度范围为0.5~8.0mmol/l,最适ph值为7.0,柠檬酸钠为最佳碳源供给物,并且在电子供体和钛的摩尔比为100:1时还原效果最好.扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察显示加氟钛酸盐后细胞的形态并没有发生变化,还原的ti单质以纳米粒子形式积累在细胞内.图7参16
