复合菌液在模拟溢油岸滩修复中的应用

Abstract:

为检验基于海洋石油降解菌群dc10的复合菌液(专利号zl201010223463.6)的除油能力,依据降解指数n-c17/pr、n-c18/ph计算石油烃降解率,监测海水中石油烃和氮、磷的浓度变化,综合评价模拟溢油岸滩的生物修复效果.结果显示,模拟溢油岸滩条件下,添加了复合菌液和可溶性营养盐的处理28d后石油烃降解率分别为43.47%和45.07%,与自然风化相比提高了24.70%和26.40%;添加复合菌液和缓释肥的处理28d后石油烃降解率分别为75.65%和78.28%,与自然风化相比提高了56.88%和59.61%.结果表明,复合菌液具有较好的降解效果,缓释肥对生物降解的促进效应优于可溶性营养盐;研究结果为复合菌液进一步在实际溢油岸滩生物修复中的应用奠定了基础.图5表2参22
