土豆wrky转录因子家族的生物信息学分析

Abstract:

wrky转录因子家族属于一类广泛参与植物生长发育调控,以及各种生物和非生物胁迫下植物防御应答反应的转录因子.通过hmmer3.0软件,在土豆基因组中进行wrky转录因子的比对搜索和鉴定.系统分析鉴定得到81个土豆wrky转录因子,被划分为3个大组:ⅰ组、ⅱ组和ⅲ组.ⅱ组进一步划分为5个亚组:ⅱ-a、ⅱ-b、ⅱ-c、ⅱ-d和ⅱ-e.土豆、拟南芥和水稻的wrky基因的系统进化树揭示出:土豆和水稻基因组中分别发生了物种特异的wrky基因扩增事件,其中ⅱ-e组中发生了土豆基因组中特有基因扩增.同组中的wrky成员蛋白序列中的氨基酸保守域构成基本一致.各个分组成员的氨基酸保守域组成特异;但共有的保守域区段在各个分组中仍然存在.在受伤、干旱、盐以及病毒侵染胁迫条件下,28个土豆wrky转录因子基因的表达模式被阐明;其中部分基因的表达水平被显著地诱导增加或者降低,很可能参与了调控土豆逆境胁迫条件下的防御应答反应.图4表2参33
