新疆贫营养环境微生物数量及多样性

Abstract:

为了解新疆各种贫营养环境细菌资源多样性特征和获得可培养寡营养微生物资源,选择新疆沙漠等7个典型贫营养环境,利用改进的稀释培养法分离培养贫营养微生物,并通过菌落形态观察和16srrna序列初步分析了细菌培养物类型;同时利用pcr-dgge方法对这些典型贫营养环境细菌类群结构和多样性进行了对比分析.结果表明,所采用的改进的稀释培养法是一种有效分离培养新疆沙漠等不同贫营养环境微生物的方法,从培养到的800多个单菌落中初步鉴定了包括真菌在内的50余种贫营养微生物纯培养物,随机选择10株细菌培养物经过16srrna序列信息分析,推测部分培养物可能是新种;另外通过dgge条带数据分析对比了这些不同贫营养环境下细菌资源丰度、多样性及相似性特征.图1表3参19
