中一区ng3区块微生物驱油物模实验研究

Abstract:

为进一步了解微生物驱油的效果,在对中一区ng3油藏状况、原油物性以及水质状况实验分析的基础上,确定了实施微生物驱油的可行性依据.并利用岩心管模拟地层压力和温度进行微生物驱油的实验研究,同时改变不同的营养条件和菌种组合,确定了最佳的驱油条件.结果表明:在一次水驱的基础上,经过培养多轮次驱替后产表面活性剂菌可以提高采收率3.7%,产聚合物菌可以提高采收率3.9%,而对于混合菌培养驱替后最大可以提高采收率6%以上.综合实验证明所用菌株可以作为现场微生物驱油的备选菌株,而且油藏的内源菌测试表明没有对实验菌株产生明显的抑制作用.图9表7参27
