好氧颗粒污泥代谢高浓度有机废水的数学模拟

Abstract:

为促进好氧颗粒污泥技术的实际应用,结合cod(chemicaloxygendemand)、our(oxygenuptakerate)数据修正asm3(activatedsludgemodelno.3)模型,建立可描述好氧颗粒污泥代谢高浓度有机废水过程的数学模型,并提出测定部分动力学参数的新方法.试验中好氧颗粒污泥系统未测得自养硝化作用.异养菌产率系数yhs、存储产率系数ysto、直接利用底物最大比增长速率μhs、最大存储产率ksto、衰减系数bh分别为0.7、0.95、0.11h-1、0.4h-1、0.014h-1.模型能准确模拟反应器运行工况.模拟结果表明,异养微生物利用外源底物生长,维持基础代谢,并同时进行存储.在底物富余时期,好氧颗粒污泥利用外源底物存储多余生长.当外源底物消耗完后利用存储物质生长并维持基础代谢.
