南极土壤来源的恶臭假单胞菌1a00316抗南方根结线虫的机制

Abstract:

对1432株海洋和极地来源的细菌进行抗南方根结线虫的离体筛选,并对其中活性较好的一株菌进行菌种鉴定并通过盆栽实验验证其在实际生防中的效果.设计诱导系统抗性实验,测定植物防御酶活的变化,初步研究细菌的抗虫机制.结果显示,从1432株细菌离体筛选得到了9株具有抗南方根结线虫的细菌,其中南极土壤来源的菌株1a00316在离体和活体中均表现出较好的抗性,其生防效果达到71.67%,经鉴定该菌株为恶臭假单胞菌(pseudomonasputida).诱导番茄系统抗性实验结果显示,经菌株1a00316发酵液处理后的番茄3种防御酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(pal)、多酚氧化酶(ppo)以及过氧化物酶(pod)的酶活均显著提高,分析数据认为该菌株的菌体可诱导番茄系统抗性.本研究表明恶臭假单胞菌1a00316抗南方根结线虫效果较好,可作为微生物制剂应用于实际生防中;该菌不仅有直接抗虫作用,还存在间接抗虫机制,其多重抗虫机制也具有进一步的研究价值.
