Abstract:

硫氧化还原酶(sulfuroxygenase/reductase,sor)在嗜热酸古菌硫氧化代谢中具有关键性作用,其催化机理和分子工程等都得到广泛关注.对sor所涉及的亚基进行分子同源建模研究,并评估其可用性,通过1)序列相似性搜索,2)序列和结构比对,3)初始建模,4)分析和评估,5)精修和优化获得未知三维结构sor的三维模型.同时讨论了此类蛋白质结构建模、评估策略、特征数据提取等.图3表4参19
