一株孔雀石绿降解菌的分离鉴定及降解特性

Abstract:

从某化工厂的废水处理池污泥中分离到一株孔雀石绿降解菌,命名为k4-w.根据生理生化特征和16srrna基因序列相似性分析,将其初步鉴定为raoultellasp.该菌在48h内对20mg/l的孔雀石绿降解率为82.5%,降解孔雀石绿的最适温度为30℃,外加碳源或pb2+对其降解有明显的促进作用,增大接种量也有利于提高降解效率,较高浓度的孔雀石绿则对降解有抑制作用.该菌在降解过程中没有生成无色孔雀石绿,这不同于已报道的孔雀石绿降解途径,但该菌是否具有新的降解途径还需进一步研究.图3参24
