无花果内生真菌alternariasp.fl25抗植物病原菌次生代谢产物的研究[英文]

Abstract:
从无花果一株内生真菌链格孢属fl25（alternariasp.fl25）的次生代谢产物中首次分离得到4个化合物，经波谱（ms,1h-nmr,13c-nmr）解析，分别为fumitremorginb(1)、fumitremorginc(2)、helvolicacid(3)和环（苯丙-丝）二肽(4).抗植物病原真菌活性试验结果显示，4个化合物对大部分测试菌均具有明显的抑制活性.图1表1参10
