天津新港区潮间带沉积物细菌群落结构

Abstract:

利用pcr-dgge技术对天津新港潮间带(东经117°45′11.4″~45′12.4″,北纬39°2′42.8″~3′14.6″)沉积物中的细菌群落组成和优势菌群进行了调查,通过quantityone软件分析不同样品的dgge图谱,发现9个站位的细菌种类、数量和多样性都存在明显差别,表明该潮间带细菌群落的空间异质性较高.细菌16srdnav3区特征片段经dgge分离、条带切割,克隆、测序后,进行blast比对和系统进化分析,结果表明天津新港潮间带沉积物中主要优势菌群归属于未培养的变形菌门(proteobacteria)和其它一些环境样品中的未归类菌群的细菌克隆;同时还发现许多条带序列与来自受不同污染的环境样品中的未培养细菌克隆具有较高的同源性(94%~100%),提示该区域受到不同类型污染物(如硫化物、重金属以及芳烃类污染物)的污染.图2表3参12
