聚乙二醇高效降解菌的筛选及降解特性

Abstract:
为向微生物应用于表面活性剂污染处理提供菌种资源,在受表面活性剂污染的河流中分离得到一种能降解聚乙二醇的菌,该菌能在以聚乙二醇400(peg400)为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基中生长,将其命名为p-1菌。通过生理生化反应及16srdna序列分析,确定p-1菌为不动杆菌属(acinetobacter)。考察菌株降解peg400过程中的最佳条件因素,结果显示,在30℃下,菌株接种量为8%,ph值为7.2-8.0,1650mg/l的peg400溶液,经过5d后降解率为83%。该结果表明p-1菌可作为表面活性剂污染处理的优良菌株资源。图5表1参22
