家蝇中肠细菌群落组成分析

Abstract:

家蝇(muscadomestica)是重要的医学媒介昆虫,是许多病原体传播的机械媒介和生物媒介.为了研究家蝇中肠内微生物的群落结构,了解家蝇在疾病传播中的作用,构建了家蝇中肠细菌的16srrna基因克隆文库.文库包括88条序列,分别属于22个操作分类单元(otus),其中12个otus属于变形菌门(proteobacteria),9个otus属于壁厚菌门(firmicutes),1个otu属于拟杆菌门(bacteroidetes)roteobacteria有10个otus,roteobacteria和epsinoproteobacteria各1个otu,roteobacteria和deltaproteobacteria.壁厚菌门中,6个otus属于lactobacillales,1otu属于clostridia,2otus属于bacillales.文库中gammaproteobacteria有71条序列,占总序列数的80.7%,是优势种类.文库中的肠杆菌属(enterobacter)、克雷伯菌属(klebsiella)、普罗威登斯菌属(providencia)、变形杆菌属(proteus)、气单胞菌属(aeromonas)和葡萄球菌属(staphylococcus)中的许多种类都是条件致病菌和致病菌.研究结果将有助于了解家蝇在疾病传播中的作用.图3表1参29
