利用城市垃圾焚烧飞灰制备生态水泥的研究

Abstract:

以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰为原料,制备以阿利尼特(alinite)为主要矿物的生态水泥。分析飞灰和氯加入量对烧成熟料性质的影响以及熟料煅烧过程中氯的转移特性,并测试所制阿利尼特生态水泥的抗压强度。结果表明:垃圾焚烧飞灰可以作为原料烧制成阿利尼特生态水泥熟料,制成的生态水泥具有很高的抗压强度,其最佳掺量约为20%。飞灰含有的金属阳离子和氯离子促进了阿利尼特矿物的生成,其中氯元素改善了生料的易烧性,降低了碳酸钙的分解温度,当其含量约5%时,阿利尼特矿物的形成率最高,且煅烧过程中氯的挥发率与熟料中氯的浸出率均较低。
