600t/d垃圾焚烧炉选择性非催化还原脱硝技术研究

Abstract:
在1台600t/d的垃圾焚烧炉上采用选择性非催化还原(sncr)脱硝技术进行脱硝,基于fluent软件平台对该系统的尿素溶液与烟气的混合过程进行了数值模拟研究,探讨了温度、氨氮比(nsr)、喷射速度、液滴粒径等对脱硝率及漏氨量的影响。结果表明,脱硝率在960~1000℃间可获得最佳值;当nsr=1.8时,脱硝率达到60%,nsr>1.6后,脱硝率增长趋于平缓;在固定nsr和流量下,脱硝率随液滴粒径增大则先提高后降低再提高;漏氨量则随粒径的增大、温度的升高均呈现降低趋势,最佳的粒径分布为100μm;氨逃逸量与试验值相差较大,主要是实际中逃逸的氨气被飞灰吸附导致,飞灰吸附的氨量在40~90μg/g。
