基于改进型动态矩阵预测的主蒸汽温度串级控制策略研究

Abstract:

在常规pid主蒸汽温度串级控制系统的主控制回路中加入动态矩阵预测(dmc)控制器构成dmc?pid主蒸汽温度串级控制系统,以实现在非精确数学模型下对具有大延迟主蒸汽温度控制对象进行长时域的预测输出。根据系统的阶跃响应建立了系统的dmc模型,设置了优化函数和预测参考轨迹,并提出了对模型动态矩阵进行实时更新和大延迟校正的改进方法,从而改善了预测控制的动态性能。以某660mw机组为例,对dmc?pid主蒸汽温度串级控制系统进行仿真试验,结果表明dmc?pid主蒸汽温度串级控制系统较常规pid主蒸汽温度串级控制系统具有更好的稳定性和快速响应性,且抗干扰能力强。
