脱硝尿素热解系统沉积物形成原因分析及对策

Abstract:
采用尿素热解方式生成脱硝还原剂具有稳定、无毒等优点,但由于热解温度低等原因在热解炉中会出现沉积物。对北京京能热电股份有限公司1~4号机组锅炉尿素热解炉中出现的沉积物进行成分分析,提出了增加除盐水压力和流量,将热解炉外壳温度由105~120℃降至80~90℃,并加厚热解炉及辅助管道外保温材料,提高喷氨格栅入口氨气温度,尿素喷枪的碳钢压缩空气管改为不锈钢管,并加装高精度空气过滤器等措施,有效抑制热解炉的结晶现象。
