综合脱硝改造技术中选择性非催化还原反应工艺设计

Abstract:

介绍了扬子石化热电厂2号机组锅炉综合脱销改造中的非催化还原反应(sncr)工艺设计方案及其性能测试结果。sncr技术工艺设计包括对锅炉改造前进行基础工况的测试及燃烧模拟,比较模拟结果与基础工况测试数据,以校正燃烧模型参数。同时,确认了脱销效果最优的sncr温度(950~1050℃)窗口位置,及4~6支sncr喷枪的布置方案。性能测试结果显示,sncr脱硝率超过40%,在优化工况下可达60%的水平,nox最终排放浓度低于100mg/m3,氨逃逸率低于5μl/l,达到预期效果。
