新型低nox燃气燃烧器数值模拟及改造

Abstract:
为了降低气体燃烧过程中产生的氮氧化物(nox)含量,设计了适用于燃气燃烧过程的新型低nox燃烧器。采用燃料与助燃空气特殊分级及亚音速超混合等技术,形成内外燃料旋流对冲效果,使燃料与助燃空气在炉内混合更均匀,以降低燃烧过程中产生的局部高温和nox排放。借助cfd软件模拟了燃烧过程炉内温度及nox生成量分布,并在120t/h燃气锅炉上进行了低nox燃气燃烧器改造。分别通过模拟与试验对比了改造前、后炉内温度场和nox排放质量浓度,验证了新型低nox燃气燃烧器可以降低燃烧产生的局部高温和nox排放质量浓度,可为燃气锅炉低氮改造提供借鉴。
